All the atlas commands should now once again be fully
functional, including the maintainer commands. Maintainers
can also add players to their map. My apologies for not
having had the time to do this sooner.
To see who are the designated maintainers, type 'atlas who'.
New maintainers should apply via Souc (same thing with new
maps/countries).
