Player killing is fun and it's a good way to teach those impudent teenage
newbies some manners.

But if the victim has no idea why he is being killed, it is very likely that
he won't learn anything. And it's also very likely that he'll whine to
archwizards that he is being killed without reason, as he doesn't know any
reason for the pkills.

So I think it'd be easier if the killers would answer the victim if he is
asking about the reasons for the pkill. This way the archwizards will get
fewer whines, and so they will be happier. And that's what we all want, isn't
it!
