Uptuned short score (help sc) a bit.

If you have short score on, you will see the changes in your hp/sp/ep
immediately after a battleround, instead of the start of the next one,
as it was.

This requires a quit & re-enter to work properly, short score may
behave oddly for everybody before that.

I repeat - if short score works oddly, quit & re-enter.
