I recoded 'countries' from scratch. First thing; you can still
get the 'old style' output if you type 'countries all'. Now...
The most important thing that this new command brings is that
you can set your country. See 'help countries' to see how.
We still resolve your IP and look for a country, but if you
set one for yourself it will override the IP.
I strongly urge you to NOT set a fake country for yourself. I
know that it'd be hilarious to set yourself to be in Iraq or
Nepal, but it is not the purpose of this command. I will just
reset your country and take away your right to change it.
You can also hide your country from mortal eyes, again see
'help countries' to see how.
Also character creation now prompts for a country (and takes
a 'none' for an answer).
