Casters should be informed now if the ghost changes her accept; ie. has
accepted resurrect from you and for some incomprehensible reason accepts
reincarnation from a druid instead.
Furthermore, previously the resurrect acceptance would not have been canceled,
now accepting something from someone cancels all earliers accepts.
If it bugs, I blame my difficult childhood.
