Over the years after seeing enough idiots (and honest mistakes) cause people
to sell all their eq to shop. So starting next boot, sell all is the
equivalent of sell noeq. In a way it makes sense, why would you want to sell
all the stuff you are wearing anyways... and for the whiners out there,
remove all;sell all still works
