Since the last maintenance, we've been running on a new
driver version - codename: Impactra II.

This version has been modified to support heavy compiler
optimizations, which are not yet enabled. Based on our
testing, these optimizations will deliver a 2x-3x
performance boost across all operations. However, this
increased speed may come at the cost of stability.

We've made significant progress so far: starting from a
driver that wouldn't boot at all, to one that crashed
within seconds or minutes, and now to a version that
successfully loads all areas and continents without
crashing.

On Saturday (11.04), we'll deploy the optimized driver
and observe how it performs under real conditions. If
any crashes occur, we will immediately revert to the
current stable version and restore the previous boot
state.

To celebrate (and stress-test things a bit), tuneless
double EXP will be enabled for the duration of Saturday.

If stability holds, we'll continue running with the
optimized version.
