Wrote a new command, 'settle'. Lets you settle a fight with a fellow
mortal. Briefly, you offer peace, she accepts it, the battle ends. Now I
have a lurking fear that this will bug like a bugger and you can abuse
it to become an Archwizard and Autocrat of BatMUD, so I added some
extensive logging into the command - what I am trying to say is that if
you find a way to abuse it, you better report it, you will get caught.
