Hi,
Reincarnation system was changed somewhat by Tomba and myself, based
on discussion amongst wizards and feedback from mortals. You will find
the new mechanics from 'help reincarnation process'-file. Oldbies may
find the system familiar. You will also find out that reincarnation
taxing (expwise) was tweaked upwards a bit.
