+3-5 damage (seems to vary each boot), turns 50-75% of non-wielded hits into
elec dam (martial arts and horns etc).

Weight 1.5kg, made of electrum, names: Laaban, Capula, Jokke, Qurp, Spiral,
Broetchen, Gotrek, Bleezuz and Rauskis.
