The game changes, sometimes it's in favor to players, sometimes it's not.
Before you whine and flame about crappy exp tune or something else, please
think before you send the post. Who does your post help and in what way? Do
the wizards already know about this or do they care? Are you just whining
because you seem to be in unfair situation compared to others or compared to
the past?

Try to see the changes in larger view, not just how they affect you. What do
wizards wish to achieve by things kind of tunes? Also keep in mind, that the
game is constantly changing, which means that some things implemented aren't
thoroughly thought and/or tested out. If you think something is really wrong,
study it well. Calmis's posts about offtanking are extremely good examples of
really crappy testing.

Newbie: Uhuu Boohoo exptunes suck I can't make exp.
Highbie: Shut the fuck up newbies, work for your exp like everyone else.

Whining about exp tunes, or any tunes is lame. Flaming whiners back is lame.
This post is lame. Although telling people to quit is lame, I'll mention it
again. You don't have to play. There are other games around too.
