If the newbie is ignoring you and yet this still bothers you, perhaps you are
the ignorant fuck. I just don't see why this bothers people, I have a theory
that pretty much says anyone who wants to pk peopel for ignoring is basically

It is sort of like hate crime laws... it is better to kill the newbie because
you didn't like the particular shade of yellow the sun was today than to do it
for some reason like they ignored you.

But to quote the same help file:
"But remember, sometimes a honest kill may teach you the spirit
of the mud, to respect your superiors and to bow humbly before
their wisdom of beating the bad-seeds out of you!
