aware...currently, it seems to just subtract time from finnish times, so 'date
PST' shows an hour off now because we had our DST earlier than finland had
theirs

I hate to tell you, it wasn't his fault. We've been off by 2 weeks for a
number of years, but before we were two weeks after Finland instead of 2 weeks
before. For once, not GWB's fault ;(
