If a noobcake runs out of eps on his way to diggas who cares?

I remember distinctly running out of ep all the time during my
newbie nomad reincs and *gasp* *shock* *suprise* I had to stop
and regen them back for about 8 minutes then continue on.
And that was even on the old map when I was headed to certain
places!
