Merchants put their eq in carts in Esiris, and run to other continents and
then go get it out to bypass need to sail or Wanderer-Relocate.
Tzarrak mounts can be summoned to other continents after players put their eq
in them, also to bypass the need to sail/wanderer to another cont.
These things should be fixed in my opinion.
