In the interest of being constructive instead of just bitching (yea I know its
flame group :-P), I think Bat would be a better place if more people could do
eq _without_ eq losing its value. An obvious way is to make eq lose its value
to people that have already done it (which is why I support the 'personal' eq
tunes). This effect could be increased by making item power be affected by
level as well - certain items are optimized for certain levels. Thus there
would be midbie monsters that would carry items that would only be worth the
time killing IF the killer is a midbie AND uses the item himself. Thus, less
harvesting of 'fast' eqs for cash (since the market should dry up) and more
killing to enhance one's _own_ character. I'd also like to see monsters that
can be killed with smaller parties - this is probably a NA timeslot bias :) I
think that highbies also need another source of cash beyond item retailing, if
item retailing is curtailed - that idea of giving big monsters cash instead of
items would work perhaps? Kind of like the batcity guards ...
