I have no strong opinion whether this tune is good or bad, but you got to
admit that some areas are fucked up because of this. So instead of throwing
daggers at everyone, we should try to find a solution to the problem.
Could it be that the rate of exp-decrease / mob might be calculated so that
the more there are monsters with same name in the game, the slower the
decrease is? Or make the tune work with delay, so that a player could actually
do exp killing same monsters for 30 minutes or so, but then the decrease in
exp would go down normally.
