As stated in 'help player killing', you are not allowed to assassinate someone
who is ignoring you.
On the other hand, insulting someone could be a vaild reason for a pkill.
So can i please pkill people who ignore me with 'offensive' reasons?
(Better ask before you kill ppl in this mud, might get banned otherwise)
