A Player Quest 'The Riddler' is now available in the quest room.
It is an explore-orientated quest, and not limited to any one
area in the mud.
First one to solve this quest shall receive a small reward in
addition to the quest itself.
Remember to ask Cyrus for a scroll first. Then, read
'scroll help' and attempt the quest properly.
