I don't like the latest change in target, and I see no point in making a
command work well, then making it work crap. Why tune a fucking command? I
just don't get it. I'll explain.... target mob, mob isn't in room, spell still
hits a mob that you're fighting... now if you target mob, mob isn't in room,
you don't hit shit. Why bother???
