Hi all,

The UK-CON (or maybe it should be GB-CON, don't want to mix up Great Britain
and Ukraine!) went swimmingly with quite a few mudders attending: Toozious,
Slider, Delveling, Spid, Thumper, Ikira, Dandalf, and Althea (and me!). Some
girlfriends came along too, making the numbers up to 12. Thanks loads to all
those that attended, and to Toozious who kindly donated 2 bottles of bubbly to
Spid and myself for organisation skills (huh? what's that?).

The evening started off with a pint and a pub quiz. Section 1 was Bat related,
Section 2 general knowledge, and Section 3 was "Name that mudder!".
Unfortunately the scores weren't high, even after some obvious clues, the
winners being Dandalf and Ikira who both got 17 (out of 50!). They had an arm
wrestle to decide the winner and that was a draw too! So falling short of a
fist-fight the 20tp prize was split between them.

The evening got a little blurred after that but all had a good time, from what
they can remember! Pictures to follow sometime soonish...
