ban first time, explanation and warning on second time did not
stop this mortal. He had to do it third time. All congratulate Nct he is the
exemplary example of mortal stupidity in its highest peak.

Why not just remove him? what he did was trivial, but it was cheating. That it
was done multiple shows a blatant disregard towards the rules of batmud as
well as a good prediction for continued cheating. I don't understand trivial
punishments for cheaters.
