He wasn't on expplaque Feb03 due to his rebirth.
Therefore his exp won't show up in monthly list either,
since there is no plaque position and exp tag attached
to it.

If he had 1m Feb03, he would've made 58m exp in a month,
giving him second place (Broetchen made 59m)..
