Added few extra volume conversion units (us/uk pint, us/uk fl oz., cubic meter
and cubic feet) + corrected a slight square feet conversion error. Now you
don't need to wonder how little or lots that fellow mudder living with
imperial measures drank last friday. Enjoy.
