When merchants who have the hammer in their merchant belts dig in rubble, the
hammer should appear as well. Rubble in that certain area with drows and
sewers.. *wink*

Comments about a specific area should not, as a general rule, be sent to the
general board nor to any guild-specific board of news. The "idea" command
should be used, or the message can be mudmailed to the area's coder.
