Saw a few days ago some people were awarded TP's for notifying wizzes about
www.bat.org giving info to anyone about "secret" skills. Well, a little
side-effect seems to be that if you're in a guild and are available to _train_
such skills, you still can't get any info about them!

Seems silly to me to be able to train "secret bullshit skill" but can't get
info when you try "help skill secret bullshit skill".
