I checked earlier logs, between Nov 14th 2002 and January 2nd 2003 we
got 729 new characters of which 38 fulfill the criteria mentioned in
earlier post and can thus be considered active; about 5% of them.
The Apr/May mania only left us with 2.5% and if we wait a couple
months more my guess is we end up with 2% or so. However, as the
total count was about 5x the normal, advertising BatMUD obviously
is the way to go.
