First off, I think the new reinc system is cool...well, enough that it doesn't
suck majorly or anything. For those of us who are going to chose a
non-instant reinc, can it be made so that, while still re-gaining exp, when
training at a guild or advancing a level, carried exp is used before safe exp?
After all exp is gained back it could revert to the other way around. This
makes it a little more feasable/fun to play around doing newbie stuff and not
have to worry about carrying around ridiculous amounts of exp and also easier
to plan out a reinc rather than having to spend all of one's exp every time
he/she goes to train. Obviously this does not apply if you have a gigantic
nutsack and set the player flag:) Whether or not this is how the system
works, maybe some details could be provided about it? Also, are the current
new reinc taxes still dated to the last reinc shown in plan? Does one still
reach the minimum tax after one month? Is the maximum exp loss you can incur
after reaching the point of mininum tax still 2 megs?
