If you have done tier 1 of the belt quest, then reinc, it will not be
recognized for level 7.
This is probably not a bug, but i thought it was funny.

I find this interesting for 3 reasons. First, it is a 'broadcast' bug, rather
than using the appropriate bug command. Second, it is coming from someone who,
according to my logs, has barely gotten 1/2 way through tier 1. And third,
people have mentioned on the merchant channel about the code working, and
nothing has happened to change that code since it was put in place.

I have discovered that you have to summon the belt for this
to work, otherwise you have to do the quests.
