I have some ideas for perhaps giving certain type leaders more specific ranks
than the general 'Craftsman'
Welder- Metals
Jeweler- Gems
Carpenter- Woods
Sculptor- Inorganics
Gaffer- Glasses
Mason- Rocks/Stone
Pulper- Paper
Tailor- Cloth
Osseous- Bone
Alloyer- Alloy (:o)
Biologist- Organics
Just an idea...
