Like we all know the reboot eats our saddlebags if they are on mount. Well
that's ok and we just have to be careful and remember to take off the bags
from mounts before reboot.

But problem comes when we get crash or emergency boot. Our mounts will reset
and saddlebags are gone I think that our saddlebags should save over boot
on mounts even when the items on saddlebags should be gone when the boot
happens.
