It has been brought to my attention that the fact you get full steed levels
and bonuses (even if your masteries are lower) with only a few guild levels
has been diligently used by high level players to gain somewhat unfair
advantage.

I made a rather drastic tune. Let's see how it works out for them newbies.
Basically, your steed descriptions and race will remain the same (that would
have been evil with all the saddlebag hassle), but the actual level and
bonuses of the mount are scaled according to your actual guild levels. You get
about 1/2 benefit with 1 level, and full benefit at 20 levels.

PPS. If there's something afoul with the tune after boot, drop me a tell
PPPS. Yes. Effective after boot only.

For once i think your being to nice to those taking 1 level in tzaraak. The
bonuses that i have aquired so far seem very significant and i dont like the
idea of some one turning this guild into the next spider guild. Take the guild
or don't.

My 2 cents

This drastic tune made new players and rebirthers life pretty painful. Been
playing Tzarakk for a long time and last 6 months been the leader of Tzarakk
guild. After rebirth this tune made me almost impossible to ride with my tiny
mount at combat. There's two kinds of problems:

1. Taking only few Tzarakk levels makes my mount have VERY little health
points. My mount is solid horse now and when killing 10x 500exp monsters my
mount is already in bad shape. I have very little option to heal my mount,
because when sacrificed 10 souls with harvest soul skill (10%) I only get my
mount to one shape up to nigs. I'm going to get all 20 levels at Tzarakk guild
but because I just rebirthed I can't get them so soon. Only way is that I just
lead my mount and wait to get more levels, but I think that's pretty harsh to
be on Tzarakk guild for many weeks and not to use my mount... and this when
soloing! I can't even tell how bad it's when trying to party because our mounts
will be dead in like seconds and there's no way to heal it.

2. Option two as newbie tzarakk is spend all our levels immediately to Tzarakk
guild. So I get full benefit at guild bonuses to my mount but my mount also
takes ALOT more damage because skills are higher. Yes I have option to NOT
spend exp to combat riding skills so my mount would suck more at combat and
doesn't take so much damage.. very nice or not.

So as new players who want to try Tzarakk mounts they have to know that they
have to take full Tzarakk levels asap AND they can't train combat riding if
they want to keep their mounts alive at least before they have unicorn/wyvern
mounts... which takes some time!

The MAIN problem is that this new tune affects too much for mounts HP's. I
understand that when you have only few Tzarakk levels you shouldn't get nice
skill benefits etc from mounts but for heaven's sake don't touch our mounts
health points.

If our mounts HP's stay on like this then this tune was a MAJOR down tune to
newbies which probably wasn't to point.

it doesnt apply if something like lvl<45, so complete newbies get fullhp mount
no matter what, and when they think that woah, this is ok guild - i get a
solo-working mount for 15levels, and rise above level45 in other guilds they
find that lol. all the spells that worked like 100% when they had them 10% and
the mount that was ok is complete suxor.
so, you, just as i, categorize as an evil highbie and should have zero value
from 15levels. my fluctuating unicorn/wyvern was just about as useful as a
poop in a curtain, getting beat up to bs from one class3 ship crew, or by
doing crap monsters for 100k exp.
earlier, (when i had 10discile+5tzarakk which i count as 15levels) i got like
+1skillbonuses, my mount took about one fifth of attacks and i got dismounted
from spells like mindblast, pound etc. it was ok, because i wasn't full
tzarakk. the bonuses were nowhere near equal to the ones full tzarakks get.
i'm suggesting the contrary thus, remove hpregen completely from
nonfulltzarakk mounts (they heal pretty fast with having shitty hpmax), remove
ambush-freeness, remove epregen and have them forcibly have you-dont-want-this-
bane. newbies excluded of course, they should have full bonuses to everything
at level1.
in all fairness, it seems that disciple+tzarakk combo offers just about
nothing unless you max the guild. in my opinion, guilds should have at least
usable powers even with lower levels. if not, what's the point of having it
possible to train skills/spells like 5%/level when they're of absolutely no
use?
