I think newbies under like... i dunno 500k or so, should not have to deal with
exp tunes, because they look at their party kills and see them making 0 exp
off mobs. They should have the option to turn the exp tune off, cause arent
we trying to be very newbie friendly? Thats just my 2 cents.

How do you force anyone to read anything
They can just press enter like they do for that rules 101 quest.

Woot? I read the whole quest through.. Though I didn't understand all, but
still, I've read it through =)
