Could skillbooks raise skill over skillmax? They do raise them over guild max
and for arcane skills over 100 too.

When I made them, it was my intention they would take you over the skill max,
in fact I for a little bit I thought it worked that way. I am presently
rather busy with other more pressing non mud related matters, but I may fix it
