Err... what is all the screaming about the previous caster tune and crap.
Backrow people _should_ be way safer than tanks, for the simple reason that
they are _not_ tanks, and they _cannot_ tank. I think Grimpold's request was
very good, since at the very _least_ magical background should get the same hp
as good religious (compare magical duck's 250 with good religous 400+). both
are casters, so both should get equal, or almost equal hp. it's a pain killing
a casting mob when it doesnt take phys and you just don't have enough time/sp
to unpain every bloody caster before the mob regens out.

casters have the option to take tanking guilds. They also do not get as much
regen or spmax as magicals do. You can perhaps also notice that civilized
background also gets more hp:s than magical. They also get less sp:s.
Also, why should tanks die more just because they are tanks? Actually they
should die less because they are rough, tough and take no shit. (Read: they
have tons of hitpoints). Luckily for the casters the system allows for
backrows that protect the casters from direct hits. Maybe mobs with polearms
should start hitting backrows.. hmm.
