I think this has been here, but cause i'm not sure i'll make new suggestion
about it.

Could leadership skill affect like when party leader goes uncon, it would then
change the leader to the person in party who has highest% of leadership skill.
At now our brave party members can sit and watch that tarmalen or priests
revives that person in battle.

At the moment our seasoned warriors stand infront of or next to uncon leader
and are plainly helpless.
