To balance the issue of spmax, make it possible to cast spells while your
spell points are just positive. The remainder of the spellpoints are detucde
1:2:1 from hp/sp/ep. Thus if you cast a normal 170sp golden arrow while you
only have 20 spellpoints, you lose 75((170-20/2))hit points and endurance
points and 150 spell points(170-20).
This would "give" everyone more spmax thus the percentual difference would be
a bit lower.
