Total of way too much (x.xx%) experience spent in reincarnation taxes. It
would be cool if part of this exp could float back into our totals when
staying long time enough in reinc. just an idea...

Wizzes would let us have exp restore potions if this was the case :P But I
guess it seems we prolly won't. Not like exp isn't gainable anyway.

perhaps reinc exp restore potions for turning reinc exp into safe exp thus
allowing merchants to use not instant reincs and get their exp back bye
