Would it be possible to add some kind of topic for society channels, so that
you could see it when you type channel last for example. This way you could
send short messages like when you are bidding for eq made by a society and
people would see it even when dropping by for a short visit. This would be
something like the newsgroups suggested but maybe (in my opinion) not shooting
a mosquito with a cannon.
