this bane shouldnt effect you if you can see in the dark naturaly (catfolk and
such).. obviously cause if you can see in the dark, there isnt any 'darkness'
now is there?

So.... you basically want to take a bane free 10% boon? Banes are meant to
harm by definition.

Perhaps the bane isn\'t about fearing the fact that you can\'t see,
but simply as the name states, fear of the dark. Catfolk and other races
that can see in the dark (switch to infravision) still know its dark out
there, and this gives them the shivers.
