because certain individuals like to fuck with people and then go hide in their
castle afterwards, I came up with a new punishment that is less harsh than ban
etc and more appropriate:
Give all wizards (lvl 50+ or whatnot) the power to punish players for indecent
behaviour like putting desecrates at batcity gates etc. Perhaps the punishment
could be placed by vote of 10 players or so too. These would of course be
logged and monitored by arches.
The punishment itself is simple. Player killer flag for rest of the boot +
loss of use of holy way and nonsummon area bonuses. (I.e. these players could
be summoned from anywhere until boot). (Perhaps also disable party command for
rest of the boot too to prevent abuse
