i've complained about this before, and it still makes me pink:

i love the street urchins in the northeastern quadrant of bc. what drives me
nuts is the way they operate. if i carry a mithril on me, they'll rob me for a
precentage of that and give me change. i've heard about honor among thieves,
robin hood and all that jazz, but please. this blows.

also, when i kill the urchin that stole a kazillion from me he still has his
random mowgles on him. i realize the urchins aren't top priority for coders,
but it would be nice to see a change in this. think of the symbolic and
sentimental value: they've been around for ages, isn't it time we upgrade them
to modern thieving times?
