I have been living couple of years in large playercity. All the rush is getting
in to me. I want my very own little hut or cottage by the river somewhere in
batworld where to relax sometimes. Oh and not just cottage, I want my own
outdoor-sauna also where to invite my friends to dehydrate themselves.

The cottage and sauna could be made by merchant, maybe code some kind of sub
guild for merchants that allows them to build these cottages. Or there could
be \"constructor company\" in bc from where you could hire npc\'s to
build cottage for you.

These cottages wouldn\'t necessarily have to have anything to do with saving
eq over boots. Or maybe they could offer newbies more cheaper and also more
risky choise, where to keep their eq, than player cities.
