I know ive sugested this before but i really think it needs attention:
Blackstar the minotaur stands here/ give potion to minotaur/ you give a small
potion to blackstar
using your race as another handle for your character would (in my mind) tie
the players in with their surroundings better and eliminate those assholes who
use 60+letter long names,
giving them an unfair advantage (names which are harder to type mean harder to
kill
or summon that person quickly) and yes i know i could alias, but should we
really have to do that?

If I remember right, they had this a long time ago.. and it was ok until you
needed to target a "minotaur" and started blasting your teammate. Ie: you
enter a room with a minotaur, "minotaur" is your teammate and "minotaur 2" is
your mob. Another minotaur enters the room.. now "minotaur" is a mob,
"minotaur 2" is your teammate, and "minotaur 3" is your mob.

I'm not saying you can't play around this, but I'm pretty sure this type of
thing is why it was removed before.. on the other hand, what do I know.

You could make player target require an underscore, like minotaur_ for
players(and/or minotaur2_ for next player).
