How about arranging a newbie/midbie fighter event that would take place like
once in a month or once in two months. The idea would be simple. The arranger
of the event would put out texts/announcements that tell about the upcoming
event. The first events would consist of like 10 contestants (more later on)
in newbie class and in midbie class (10 each). The fighters would chosen by
the arranger (from those ppl who got enrolled). Just like on rl K-1 matches
there would be tables that tell who is going to fight who. The fighters would
go on fighting until only 2 contestants would remain. Participating the event
would cost gold (x amount) and prizes would be: exp from every fight won
(amount depending on the foe that was won) and gold+exp+respect or eq for the
winner. Both newbie and midbie ranks would have explimits in them (of course,
to prevent too skilled players getting into the fights). Naturally the midbie
rank participation fee would be higher than the fee of the newbie rank. The
fees would be used for the money prizes and fore getting eq prizes. The losers
wouldnt lose any exp.

Why no highbies? They already have enuff gold and exp
