There is arena, you can always arrange your own tournaments. This 'new
feature' of 'You have lost the fight!' is available in arena. You can find it
in SW quarter of batcity.

There is also the annual Bat Tournament, that fits roughly the first
description given. It should be coming up in a couple of RL months again.
