Been talking to a few players that has an idea about this, I have a suggestion
for an additional tune for str vs dam matter.

First of all, great tune so far.. Like someone already said it makes strength
an important factor in melee damage again, which isnt more then natural.

To the idea;

Just using theoretical numbers here so dont pay attention to them. If you had
a set that consisted of lets say dam eq worth of +30dam, you\'d need 150 str
to get the full +30 benefit.. If I understood things correctly, this is how it
works today. My suggestion is to put a lil something on top of that. Lets say
you manage to gather +30dam on your set and also managed to hit 300str, you\'d
maybe even get a bonus so that you\'d actually get more then the +30dam that
you get from your set. Fairly low, but still, a little bonus, maybe +10%
(resulting in 33dam)?

Well, I think you get the idea.
