About the mudquotes:
The issues that twomi raised on his previous "DO THIS NOW"-type of post were
things that i'm going to be modifying once i find the time to code again.
However something as inane as mudquotes is not very high on my list of
priorities at the moment so it might take some time.
Oh and the initial amount of votes will stay 1, when you submit a quote you
also vote for it automagically, and this is how i intent to keep it.
