I think we had possibility to buy stats in 95.
How about bringing that back limiting buys to
10. Price could be around 1M/1 and stat bonuses
would last only till next reinc.
This kinda bonus wouldnt surely rock too much
but could give chance to reach 300/350 which
could be otherwise next to impossible.
