Title max long seems to be 25 if you arent at party at that moment or 20 -
party_name_long if you are at party.
I supose when you try to create a title it checks title_long + party_name_long
being < 26.
Thus, sometimes you are unable to set you a title if you are at party, unless
you change the party name to a shorter name.
However, after having a title, you can make the party name longer until
max_party_name(30).

I suggest when you set your title, long is only checked with a title max long.
